New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has finally spoken out about the sexual misconduct charges that have been leveled against him -- and while he says he's sorry, he adds he has no intention of stepping down. He also says he has every intention of cooperating with Attorney General Letitia James' investigation into the matter.
