The suspect in an Upstate bank robbery is now in custody. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded around 1 PM Thursday to a reported robbery at the Home Trust Bank on Pelham Road in Greenville.

The suspect had already fled the scene prior to deputies arriving. On Friday afternoon, the suspect 27 year old Dion Antwan Dickson was apprehended in Spartanburg County. Dickson was booked into the Greenville County Detention Center on charges of bank robbery and a weapons violation.
