Twenty five years in the making... the City of Greenville Skyline is about to change....

The City's Design Review Board approved landscape and street lighting plans for the Gateway project last Thursday, December 19, 2024.

The 29-story, multi-use development, which will stand where the Greenville Memorial Auditorium once sat at 250 North Church Street,  now moves to the permitting phase, the final step before construction begins, which is expected next year.

Becoming one of the tallest buildings in the STATE, The Gateway will include 342 apartments, parking for 350 vehicles, 12,000 square feet of space for up to five commercial and retail businesses and  public plazas.

The $130 million investment is expected to create more than 100 jobs when completed. To read more about the Gateway project, click HERE.
