For nearly 13 years, an Upstate family has lived with unanswered questions — grieving a heartbreaking loss while holding on to hope that justice will one day be served.

On November 6, 2012, the life of Al Ali Perkins was tragically cut short — killed by a bullet during a burglary. Deputies discovered his lifeless body at a home on Lora Lane.

To date, no suspects have been arrested.

Perkins’ family continues to urge the public to come forward with any information that could help solve the case. No detail is too small. No memory is too old to matter.
