Latest COVID-19 Update for December 21, 2020 from SCDHEC
South Carolina DHEC on Monday announced 2,121 new confirmed cases and 34 new probable cases of COVID-19, 21 new confirmed deaths and 6 new probable deaths.
Greenville County again reported the highest number of new confirmed cases with 322.
Out of 9,796 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) the percent positive was 21.7%.
SCDHEC encourages all South Carolinians to safely celebrate this holiday season and to remember the importance of taking care of ourselves mentally and emotionally. They advise taking breaks from things like social media and to make time to relax unwind.
