A Greenville County man is facing a child sex crime charge after an incident in Oconee County. 22 year old, Tahrik Ellerbe of Taylors is charged with 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The charges come after after Oconee County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported disturbance at a home on Brown Farm Road in Seneca, around 1AM Thursday.
Deputies say, a family member of a teenager discovered Ellerbe inside the teen's room. He was asked to leave and refused, that's when the Sheriff's Office was called.
Deputies found a bag of marijuana inside the room Ellerbe was in. He also faces additional charges of trespassing and simple possession of marijuana.
