New leadership was elected at the Greenville County Republican Party's Convention, Monday night. Jeff Davis who had served as the party's chairman won Greenville County's seat on the State Party's Executive Committee.
Davis defeated Julie Hershey by more than 100 votes. Yvonne Julian got the nod as Party Chair edging Sam Manley. Former Greenville County Councilman Joe Dill was named First Vice Chair over Mike Voaden.
The convention included discussion and ballot casting and last over four hours.
