Thousands of dollars worth of drugs and guns are off the streets after a recent raid in the Western North Carolina mountains.
The McDowell County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a house in the Nebo Community, last Friday.
Deputies say nearly 5 pounds of meth, over 2 pounds or marijuana and 17 guns were inside the house. The suspect Robert McCoy Bradley Jr. is a previously convicted felon and was prohibited from owning or possessing guns.
Bradley is charged with trafficking meth, maintaining dwelling for a controlled substance, a weapons violation and other crimes.
