On nearly a daily basis there is at least one fatal wreck in the Upstate. There also in noticeable increasing traffic congestion in various parts of the area. I have lived in various places around the country through out my career. Seemingly, Greenville's drive time traffic slowdowns rival that of cities of larger populations. So it brings up the question, has the Upstate outgrown its highway infrastructure. We want to hear from you, let us know below.
