On Sept. 9th , President Biden issued an order for federal requirements of the covid vaccine by employers in various sectors. Some leaders thought President Biden went too far with the order. Gov. McMaster said of the order "Biden and the radical Democrats thumbed their noses at the Constitution.” However, McMaster has said he will not ban mandates from employers. One critic of that stance is State Senator Shane Martin. He represents Spartanburg's District 13 in the South Carolina Senate. Martin appeared on the Wednesday morning episode of the Tara Show. Martin aired his issues with McMaster's actions and with the federal government's actions in this matter. (An excerpt of the conversation is directly, below.
