Governor Henry McMaster delivered the State Of The State address, Wednesday night in Columbia. He would open with a question "isn't it great to be in South Carolina, right now"? The governor ran the gamut in terms of topics during his address. McMaster honored South Carolina military heroes to open the address. He would talk about the accomplishments of South Carolina and its positive financial condition.
