The South Carolina Highway Patrol is searching for the suspect in a weekend hit and run. The fatal collision happened just before 7 PM Saturday night. A pedestrian was hit on Highway 88 near Gray Fox Lane in Anderson County. The suspect vehicle fled the scene, the pedestrian died from injuries suffered in the crash. The pedestrian was identified as 32 year old, Justin Dwayne Monroe. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SCHP by dialing *HP.
