Highway Patrol investigators say they've got the driver who rear-ended a three-wheel motorcycle and left its rider lying in the road critically injured. Troopers say 41-year-old Roger Dale Alexander turned himself in Thursday afternoon.
He's charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily injury. It happened on West Lee Road in Taylors about 5:30 in the afternoon of February 19th. The victim, Mark Todd, is being treated for severe head injuries.
