An arrest has been made after the Greenville County Sheriff's Office called an attempted child abduction. The incident happened at a Spinx store on Rutherford Road in Greenville around 2:30 Friday afternoon. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says Zackery Luis Johnson has been charged with kidnapping in connection to the incident.

Johnson reportedly lured a 5 year old girl out of the store while her mother's back was turned and tried to leave the store with the girl. The mother was made aware of the situation and confronted Johnson and he left the area. A little while after that he was located about a half mile away and was taken into custody.
