Over three decades has passed since Susan Smith was convicted of killing her two sons, 3 year old Michael and 14 month old, Alex.
This past weekend, marked 32 years since the two toddlers were put into Smith's vehicle and it was allowed to roll into Long Lake in Union County. Smith at 1st lied about what happened before the children were found in the lake inside the vehicle.
Smith was convicted of killing her two sons and was sentenced to life in prison. Smith is now up for parole again after she was denied parole in 2024. Smith's next parole hearing is set for November 19th.
