A forensic exam is being performed Monday following the death of an inmate at an Upstate prison.
The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office says 63 year old, Terry Moore was pronounced dead Sunday morning at the Tyger River Correctional Institute. Moore died after being treated for a medical condition.
The Coroner's Office says their were no apparent signs of foul play or abuse found in their initial examination.
