
The search is on for a suspect that made a bomb threat towards a government building in the Upstate Wednesday morning. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says someone threatened to blow up the Oconee County Courthouse in Walhalla, around 10:30 AM.

The building was evacuated as deputies and officers from the Clemson Police Dept. searched the building, no evidence of any explosives were found during the search. The courthouse then re-opened around Noon. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says the incident remains under investigation.
