Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office are conducting a death investigation in a wooded area behind the Aquatic Center located at 2700 W. Blue Ridge drive.
A decomposed body of mainly skeletal remains was located by a crew of employees that were marking wetlands.
The call came in at 8:40AM Tuesday morning and is being jointly investigated by the Sheriff's Office and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. This case is pending an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death
