An investigation is ongoing after the death of a toddler in the Upstate, Wednesday night. The Pickens County Coroner's Office responded to a home on Maple Drive in Liberty just before 6:30 PM.
The Coroner's Office says that 2 year old Keegan Swafford was pronounced dead. The Coroner's Office says the death was a possible drowning and the incident happened in the pool at the home.
The incident remains under investigation by both the Pickens County Sheriff's Office and the Coroner's Office.
