An investigation is ongoing after the possible drowning death of a woman in the Upstate, over the weekend.
Emergency personnel responded Saturday night to a home on Armstrong Lane on the Pickens County side of the Marietta community.
Upon arrival, responders found a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. The Pickens County Coroners Office identified the woman as Lisa Marie Blue.
The cause and manner of her death is still being determined. The Pickens County Sheriff's Office and Coroners Office are still investigating the incident.
