An investigation is ongoing after a weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Anderson Police Department responded to a reported shooting around 11:30 AM Sunday near South Jefferson Avenue and Campbell Street.
Police say one person was shot in the head, the other was struck in the chest. The condition of the two victims is unknown, at this time. Investigators say two vehicles were involved in the incident.
There's been no arrests announced as of the time of this report and there's been word on what may have led to the shooting
