Clemson Police urge anyone with information that can lead them to the killer, of a man found shot to death at an apartment complex, on the edge of the University campus early Saturday to contact homicide detectives. The Pickens County coroner's office identified the victim as 24 year old Gerard Traver Ouelette.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting around 1:00 a.m. at the Village Green Apartment complex on Tiger Boulevard. The incident prompted University officials to issue a shelter-in-place warning. It was canceled a short while later, authorities saying no students were endangered during the episode.
