Oven baked turkey is the traditional way to do it and the long running staple of Thanksgiving Dinner. However, in more modern times deep fried turkey has become a welcomed adjustment. There are those that like each style better. Personally, for me I like the deep fried version. I feel like it gives the turkey a juicier and better flavor.
