While the Sales Tax Free Holiday in South Carolina is going on throughout the weekend and will help alleviate some of that, the fact remains that this year brings increasing challenge for many families around America. Here in the Upstate there are some resources to help struggling parents with school supplies and other needs. Groups like Bon Secours and others have been having drives and are distributing supplies to those need.
