Joe Biden: "Presidrent -Elect"?
This title can't officially be used until declared by the Electoral College.
According to many political science scholars, until the Electoral College declares the winner we should refer to Joe Biden as the presumptive President-Elect.
So we want to hear from you: Is it ok to refer to Joe Biden as "president-elect"?
