Is rising inflation hurting your holiday budget?

The ill-effects of inflation can be felt everywhere from the grocery store to any other retail experience. Gas prices are at over $3 per gallon in the Upstate and natural gas prices are expected to be up as much as 30% this winter, as opposed to last.
