Just going to a party...That's what one Berkley County man told Deputies after an assortment of drugs was found during a traffic stop.
After The Sheriff's Office pulled him over for two traffic violations and 54 year old Albert Ray Boshard Jr. agreed to a search, Deputies found 11 small bags with a white, powder substance, four pink pills and Lortab on his person.
But wait, there's more.
Once Deputies got inside the vehicle, a small illicit "pharmacy" was discovered. Marijuana, mushrooms, ketamine, THC-infused lollipops, meth, more cocaine and Viagra.
Boshard was arrested and now faces a long list of drug charges. But this isn't his first time. According to the Berkley County Sheriffs Office Boshard was previously arrested in Berkley and Charleston for narcotics-related charges.
