
A town in South Carolina's Pee Dee area is set to hold a ceremony after two area residents were killed and two others were abducted in Mexico. Yamekia Robinson , the Mayor of Lake City released a statement today Wednesday regarding the deaths of Shaheed Woodard and Zindell Brown.

The statement said " “We are all saddened and have heavy hearts for them and their families. We send our deepest sympathy out to each family. We ask each of you, your friends, your family, your churches, and your communities across the nation to keep us all lifted in your thoughts & prayers as we the people of Lake City and the families grieve the loss and get through this tragic incident together."
Two others were Latavia McGee and Eric Williams were wounded and kidnapped during the shooting. Both of them are now back on American soil, being treated at a hospital in Texas.
The vigil is set to be held at Word Of God Ministries in the town of Scranton, tonight at 7 PM
