A Simpsonville man is being held in a Spartanburg jail for illegally towing vehicles.
Deputies said 11 trucks and trailers were towed from the Spinx gas station on Hwy 14 in Greer between December 6-8, 2023. Investigators were able to determine 47 year old Christopher Michael Cole towed those vehicles, operating under two different tow company names.
Southern Pride Towing and Affiliation Towing.
Investigators secured two warrants on Cole, who is currently being held in the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
Anyone who feels they have been a recent victim of an improper towing by Cole is asked to file an incident report with the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office.
