An Upstate man charged with Felony DUI following a fatal crash earlier this month, has been given a conditional release from jail. Ross Evan Latini was released and was placed under house arrest, at his bond hearing Thursday.
Latini is charged with DUI after a wreck October 14th in Greenville's downtown area. 23 year old, Samuel Greene was killed in the collision. Latini will be on electronic monitoring and is restricted from contacting the victim's family.
