
The man who Deputies say shot an Upstate high school football standout after a road rage incident has turned himself in. Spartanburg High Quarterback and West Virginia commit Raheim Jeter was shot while in a car waiting to turn on Boiling Springs Road the night of February 18th.

Monday night, The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office issued arrest warrants for 41 year old, Armad Rashad Ali Irby of Boiling Springs in connection to the incident. The Sheriff's Office says that Irby turned himself Tuesday morning. He's charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Jeter a high school junior survived the incident and his family says he is recovering from his injuries.
