The man who drowned on the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell over the weekend has been identified. The Hart County Coroner's Office says 45 year old, Levi Nino of Athens, Georgia fell off a floating device and went under the water.
The incident happened just after 630 Saturday night, by-standers were able to pull Nino from the water. He was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
