An Upstate married couple has been arrested for a string of sex crimes that happened a decade or more ago. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrests of 74 year old Harry Reams O'Neal and his wife 73 year old, Andrea Campbell O'Neal.
The investigation was launched earlier this year after Investigators received information about alleged sexual abuse incidents that took place between 2005 and 2012. The O'Neal's allegedly committed sexual acts on a child around 11 year old and another victim who was around 19. Mr. O'Neal allegedly filmed the victims having sex with other men.
Andrea O'Neal is charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor and two counts of Unlawful Neglect Of A Child. Harry faces a long list of charges including Human Trafficking, Producing Sexual Performances By A Child, 2nd & 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor, Engaging A Child For Sex, Sexual Explotation Of A Minor and Buggery. Andrea O'Neal was given a forty thousand dollar bond and Harry is being held without bond.
