A Midlands man is in custody after being charged with shooting at cop on Aiken County, earlier this year. SLED says, 22 year old Jared Scott Graham of Sumter County was arrested, earlier this week.
He's charged with aggravated breach of peace and 1st degree assault. The charges stem from an incident in which Graham started shooting an Aiken Police Officer during a traffic stop, back in June. SLED was called in to takeover the investigation.
