The parents of a 4 month old child who died 6 months ago, have now been charged in connection to the death. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says the investigation began last August when deputies responded to a home on Pollard Road in Greenville.
Upon arrival, the infant was found unresponsive and later died at the hospital from his injuries. The Greenville County Coroner's Office and investigators to determine the cause of death, which was found to be trauma caused by force.
Thursday, the mother and father of the child, 25 year old Reanna Shae Brown and Bruce Douglas Brown were taken into custody. Both are charged with homicide by child abuse.
