An upstate man is in custody after being accused of kidnapping a woman. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 26 year old Bradley Thomas Moore of Westminster was arrested at a home in the Foxwood Hills neighborhood Tuesday morning.
Deputies went to the home to serve warrants on Moore for driving without a license and habitual traffic offenses. When deputies arrived, nobody answered the door; the property owner then gave deputies permission to enter.
Moore was found in the bedroom under a blanket. Two women were found inside the home. Deputies discovered that Moore would not allow one of the women to leave to go to work. He was then arrested and is charged with kidnapping.
