The motorcyclist who died following a crash in Greenville has been indetified as an Upstate teenager. The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the deceased as 14 year old, Neri Martinez Crispin of Taylors. He was involved in a two vehicle crash just before 1 PM this past Thursday at the intersection of North Pleasantburg Drive and White Oak Road.
Crispin was injured in the crash and taken to Greenville Memorial, where he died hours later. The Coroner's Office says, Crispin was wearing a helmet when the crash happened. He was not of legal age to have a motorcycle license, as the minimum age in South Carolina is 15. The crash remains under investigation by the Greenville Police Department.
