An argument led to a shooting death in Spartanburg Sunday. Deputies were called to a home on Barnwell Road in Spartanburg around 3:30PM Sunday afternoon regarding that shooting.
Witnesses told deputies there had been a verbal altercation at the home that others had broken up, but as they turned to leave the suspect, 36 year old Justin Enrikus Jackson of Inman fired several shots at the victim.
Jackson fled the scene, but later turned himself at the sheriff's office. The gun used in the shooting was found in his vehicle. Jackson was taken to the Spartanburg County Detention Center and was charged with Murder and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime
