A man is facing charges after deputies say he was naked on a public bus, assaulted another man and threatened deputies with a knife.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 21 year old Daylen Ishmael Dicks was arrested after reports that he was punching a man on the CAT Bus. The driver kicked Dicks off the bus and he went to an apartment building where and the victim both live.
Deputies then went to the apartments and found the suspect who was still naked. Dicks then began screaming profanity, beating on the walls, and was comparing himself to Marvel Movie characters. Dicks then tried to barricade himself in his room, he then came out and had a knife.
Dicks eventually stopped resisting, put the knife down and was taken into custody. Dicks is charged with 3rd degree assault, resisting arrest, threatening public officials and other charges.
