A North Carolina man is in custody after a domestic shooting on a major Upstate highway. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office responded to the Exit Two off ramp on 85 Southbound and found a truck that had crashed into a ditch.
A Deputy spoke to three people at the truck and noticed blood on two of the people inside. The victim then told the Deputy she had been shot. Investigators say that the suspect 23 year old, Hakeeh Ha of Huntersville shot the woman in a domestic dispute.
He was reportedly outside the vehicle and the woman was inside, bullet holes were found in the body of the truck. Ha was then arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence and a weapons violation.
