The suits allege that Erik Kristianson, a coach and manager at Champion Elite Legacy gym sexually assaulted three girls around the age of 10 year old, in 2019. The new filings also name, the governing body of the gym, the U.S. All Star Federation in the suit.

Along with the USAF, Varsity Spirit, its founder Jeff Webb, and Varsity's current owners Bain Capital and Charles Bank have all been named defendants in the newest suits. Varsity Spirit has denied any wrong doing and says the lawsuits against them are unfounded.

This now makes 7 suits filed in the case since August by the Strom Law Firm. The 1st batch of suits were filed in the Upstate, after an investigation was launched into sexual abuse accusations against Greenville based gym, Rockstar Cheer.
