Those suits are on behalf of three additional survivors of alleged abuse at the hands of Rockstar Cheer, Varsity Spirit and the U.S. All-Star Federation. The suits bring to lights new allegations against a coach from the organization not named in the prior filings.

The law firm says, new allegations against coaches previously named in the suits have also surfaced. Allegations include sexual abuse and the creation of a culture where young athletes were desensitized to the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Attorney Bakari Sellers said " “With every new victim, it becomes clearer that Varsity Spirit, Bain Capital and the USASF had to know what was happening at these gyms and competitions across the country. “They knew, and yet, as long as the checks kept coming in, they didn’t care.”
