A number of "No Kings" rallies are set for tomorrow afternoon around the Upstate and Western North Carolina towns. One such event will be held at Greenville's Unity Park. The Greenville Police Department has jurisdiction over the park, and the County Sheriff's Office will provide back up.

Sheriff Hobart Lewis was a guest on Straight Talk with Bill Frady earlier this week. The Sheriff told protesters to keep it peaceful and sent a clear message to would-be rioters.

Lewis said "To the law breakers, rock throwers and all those things, we are going protect our people. We're going to protect this community and protect the people out there, that's our job".

Morgan Square in Spartanburg will also hold a No Kings rally. Events are also set for the town of Pendleton in Anderson County and in Rock Hill.

North Carolina towns set to hold events include Charlotte, Shelby, and several others. The No Kings rallies are being held in protest of President Donald Trump.
