A local non-profit has teamed up with home depot's charitable arm to help an Upstate veteran. Purple Heart Homes and Team Depot have joined together to renovate the Greenville area home of a combat veteran.
The project will make the house safer and more accessible for the Vietnam vet and his wife. Team Depot says they are set to carry out hundreds of similar projects around the country, in honor of Veteran Day which is coming up on November 11th.
