An Oconee County man is facing a sex crime charge after an incident just over 3 years ago. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says, 58 year old Darryl Roger Talley of Walhalla was arrested Monday on a charge of 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
An investigation was launched after the victim reported being inappropriately touched by Talley. The victim was a minor when the alleged incident happened in the Fall of 2019.
Investigators say, Talley "grabbed the body part of the victim and used physical force to do so. Talley was released Tuesday on a $25,000 surety bond.
