An Oconee County man is in custody after a SWAT team standoff. 52 year old, Tracy Lee Fowler faces charges of kidnapping, aggravated domestic violence and resisting arrest.
The charges stem from an incident Wednesday morning at a home in Tamassee. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says, Fowler barricaded himself inside the home after they responded to the reported assault.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment, there's been no update on her condition. Three children were said to be inside the home during the standoff, they made it out of the house and no injuries to the children were reported.
Fowler eventually came out of the residence and was taken into custody without incident.
