An Oconee County man has been sentenced to over 6 decades in prison for sexually assaulting a child. 10th Circuit Solicitor David Wagner says, Michael Kenneth Cox entered a guilty plea to 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 11 years old.
The sexual assault was reported in 2020 and investigators say, they found video evidence of the despicable act. Cox has been sentenced to 65 years in the state prison system and will not be eligible for early release.
