An Oconee County man is facing nearly two dozen counts of child sex crime charges. 21 year old Brian Lance Ramey was charged last Friday with 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor and 22 total counts of 2nd and 3rd degree criminal sexual exploitation of a minor.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says they were investigating reports that Ramey possessed child pornography.
They searched his cell phone and found images of child sexual abuse, some of them reportedly manufactured by Ramey.
The child victim was identified after being seen in the cell phone images. That led to the sexual conduct with a minor charge.
