A suspect is in custody after he allegedly entered a home and tried to force himself on a woman who lived there. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 30 year old, Brandon Paul Anderson of Seneca was arrested in the Newry Community , Friday.
Investigators say that Anderson entered a home on Keowee Trail near Seneca Friday morning and tried to sexually assault a woman inside. Anderson was chased away by a family member of the woman.
Anderson is charged with 1st degree burglary and assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct.
