The South Carolina Highway Patrol reports that one person is dead after another Thanksgiving Day crash in the Upstate. The crash happened when the driver in the single vehicle wreck lost control on a curve in Oconee County.
The 2009 Honda sedan ran of the right-hand side of Poplar Springs Road, hit a mailbox then a tree one mile north of Walhalla. He was pronounced dead shortly after 5:00 PM. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
